Patriotic Alliance's National Duty to save lives

Gayton McKenzie the leader of the patriotic Alliance believes that there is more to politics than just votes. Speaking to his supporters during the Party's Facebook live McKenzie told the patriots that he loves South Africa more than the PA and took a swipe on the ANC leaders who say they love the Party more than the Country. Gayton said there is a national crisis everyone is talking about but no one leader is willing to take a lead and solve this threat facing the nation the lack of blood .

In July 2023 the South African National Bloods Service (SANBS) issued a statement calling for south Africans to donate blood this was as a result of low blood stock levels.

Bakang Lethako Patriotic alliance's NEC member who is the former MMC of Health and Social development also announced that she will be donating blood for the first time although she is scared but she will as this is necessary. Bakang also encourages south Africans to donate blood and save lives .
